The apartment has light control, underfloor heating, a leakage protection system, curtains control. Also, Daikin air conditioning control is integrated. The visualization system is made on Iridium mobile

The system is built on Crestron + Vantage. The power section is assembled on Vantage equipment (control of light, warm floors, a boiler, curtains, awnings over the terrace). Multimedia and visualization are implemented on Crestron (HDMI matrix + Audio matrix are responsible for distribution of content to rooms, Multiroom, air conditioning and supply and exhaust ventilation control). Also, visualization on Iridium mobile is implemented. A LAN was mounted, seamless WiFi was configured, and remote access to control systems via a VPN channel was configured on Mikrotik equipment

The project was implemented on the equipment of the Russian manufacturer Wiren Board. Visualization was performed on the standard Wiren Board interface. The uniqueness is that for the implementation of the project it was not necessary to change the electrical circuit of the building, and the system also has practically unlimited scalability.
